The Work Request

When a member does a search for a service provider and your Killer Profile shows them you’re a good fit, they’ll send you a
Work Request.
You’ll get both an email, and a notification on your membership space on Servana.
It will tell you all about what they’re looking for.
If it doesn’t interest you, no biggie—just hit “no thanks.”
If it does, then go for it!
You’ll be able to respond directly through Servana, or through the contact info the requestor provides.
You’re gonna wanna act fast.
The member might have sent Work Requests to more than one provider.

Is This Going to Cost Me Anything?

Servana Membership is free.
But when you respond to a Work Request, your account will normally be charged a nominal lead fee.
For a limited time, Servana is offering all leads FREE of charge!
And later, when we do begin charging, you'll only be paying for qualified leads from members who are really interested in your service.

And remember, the more your Killer Profile is filled with great information about who you are and what you offer, the more targeted those leads will be, and the more likely they will result in real deals.

So you’ve found one or more members whose profiles match your needs for the type
of service offered, location, and rates.
Yippee!
Now you send them a
Work Request.
What's That?
It’s just a form you fill out with the details—the service you need, the dates and times you need it done, and other relevant information.
You can send it to up to five members.
When they respond, you choose who you’ll hire.
The more info you provide in the Work Request, the more likely those who respond will be the perfect fit.
And everybody’s happy.

Working Together – You Call the Shots

Here’s the great part.
When you and the service provider agree to work together, the transaction is between you and them.
Servana doesn’t interfere.
You don’t pay a fee to Servana for accessing the service provider.
