This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which LifeSpeed Corporation handles your personal information for its www.Servana.com website (“Servana” or “Site”).
By using Servana, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal and financial information as described below and also in the Servana User Agreement in registrations.
All terms not defined in this policy have the meanings ascribed to them in the Servana User Agreement between you and the LifeSpeed Corporation which by use of this Site you agree to accept.

The Information We Collect

You may browse the Site without providing us with any personal information.
If you choose to register and become a member of our Site, you must provide us with information such as your name, address, email address phone/fax number, and other personal information as well as information about your business.
If you elect to give us that information, you consent to the collection, transmittal, and storage of your personal and business information on our computers located in the United States.

Once you provide any information to us to be used on the Site, using our registration, communication, collaboration, and invitations tools, including but not limited to the following, then you are deemed to have given us consent to the use of such information:

Use of the Information We Collect

We do not rent or sell your information to others for their marketing purposes without your express consent.
We use your information in conjunction with other information that we acquire from external third party sources to analyze our Site usage, customize the layout and appearance of our Site for your efficient use and to improve and personalize our marketing and promotional efforts.
If you do not wish to receive marketing and promotional communication from us, please indicate your wish in your member profile by selecting your desired communication and promotional communication options.

We may use your information to provide service to your account including but not limited to the customer support that you request, dispute resolution, problem investigation, enforcing your agreements with us, and to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities.
Specifically, we may use your email, mailing address, phone number or fax number to contact you regarding notices, surveys, alerts, new service or product offerings and communications relevant to your use of our Site.
We may generate reports and analysis based on your information for our internal analysis, measurement and marketing purposes.

No personally identifiable information other than your Name is revealed by default for any member.
With the exception of your Name, User ID, City, and Zip Code, in cases where the providing member is required to render services at your location, you do not have to reveal any information if you do not wish to do so.
Members who provide services may reveal the locations where they are willing to work.
Any information that you disclose to other members using Servana tools, becomes public information and you relinquish any proprietary rights (including but not limited to the rights of confidentiality and copyrights) in such information.
You should exercise caution when deciding to include personal or proprietary information that you submit to us and Servana members.

Servana will share your financial information with financial institutions or other third party agencies or the member you deal with in order to facilitate your transactions.
Any credit card information that you provide through the Site is directly submitted to a payment gateway of the credit card processing entity or financial institution.
We maintain an electronic copy of your credit card information.
While we have the technology and procedures in place to guard your financial information against intruders, there is no guarantee that such technology or procedure can eliminate all of the risks of theft, loss or misuse.
We shall not be liable to you or any other person for any damages that might result from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure or any other use or misuse of your financial information, including credit card and bank account information.
In addition, Servana may transmit your information to third parties (such as parties that provide background and credit checks) to whom you explicitly ask us to send your information (or about whom you are otherwise explicitly notified and consent to when using a Servana service).

In response to relevant request by law enforcement or other government authorities to protect someone’s rights, interest, safety, or property.
In such events, we will disclose information relevant to the investigation, such as name, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, User ID history, IP address, fraud complaints, and goods and services transaction history.

To enforce our policies, respond to claims where the rights of others are being violated.
If we have reason to believe that a member is in breach of the Servana User Agreement or any other agreement with us, then we reserve the right to make public or otherwise disclose such information in order to pursue our claim or prevent further injury to us or to others.

Communication

The following may send you communications:

1) Members of LifeSpeed Corporation may send you marketing and promotional communications only if you have opted-in their services.
|

2) Other third parties (such as background check agencies, or the entities about whom you are otherwise explicitly notified and consent to when using a specific service ) to whom you expressly ask us to send your information.

3) Partners and service providers who have contracts with us to assist us in our business services including but not limited to financial institutions, fraud investigators, bill collectors, reward programs, and co-branded credit cards.

Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep the community free from bad members, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement, other government officials, or other third parties without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss or to report suspected illegal activity.

Information You Share on Servana
|

We display your Servana User ID every time we facilitate a communication between you and other members.
The members whom you are dealing with or have dealt with before can see and maintain in their favorite list your User ID, the goods and services that you offer and pursue, your invitations, your transaction activities, your reviews, rating and feedback and all associated comments.
Please do not disclose your personal and contact information such as address, phone number, email, etc. while sending the initial invite to another member.
We have zero tolerance for members who try to circumvent Servana by sharing information to prevent us from collecting our lead fees.

Any time you access our Site using a shared computer (such as computers in libraries or internet Café) some information such as your User ID or messages from Servana, may also become accessible by others who use the same computer after you.

Cookies
|

We use cookies on certain pages to store specific information about you and to help analyze our page flow, improve our services, customize some services, measure the effectiveness of contents, promotions, and advertising and to continuously improve our trust and safety.
"Cookies" are small files that are placed on your computer's hard drive.

If you disclose your information to other members or other sites on the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them.
Servana does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable.
We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.

Spam, Spyware or Spoofing

Use of any type of spam is prohibited.
We have zero tolerance for spam.
You may not use our Dashboard communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Servana User Agreement.
We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not permanently store messages sent through these tools.
We do not rent or sell these email addresses.
Please set your Servana Dashboard notification such that we communicate to you based on your preferences.
You are not licensed to add other members to Servana, even someone who has dealt with you before, to your Dashboard mailing list, favorite list, or recommended list (email or physical mail) without their express consent.
To report spam or spoof emails to Servana, please forward the email to spam@servana.com or spoof@servana.com.

Security Measures

We store your information in our computers in the United States and adopt commercially reasonable security tools and procedures to protect your personal information, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure correct use.
Please use your User ID and Password to access your Account and view or edit your personal information.
Servana Customer Support or any other Servana associate will never ask you for your password in a phone call that is not initiated by you or in any type of email.
Please choose not to save or password on computers that you share with others and remember to log out of your account or close your browser when you’re done using Servana.

Data transmission over the Internet and wireless networks is not guaranteed to be completely secured.
As a result, while we try to protect your information, no web site or company, including ourselves, can absolutely ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
Our posting the amended and restated Privacy Policy will make such new Privacy Policy automatically effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Site.
In addition, we will notify you through the Servana Dashboard.
You agree that all information collected (prior to or after the new policy became effective) will be governed by the newest Privacy Policy then in effect.
