Painting

Professional painters coat the interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and other structures, which may or may not include lacquers, varnishes, and other coatings. Painters provide both the first protective defense against weather and termites, but they also produce the immediate visible beauty of a structure, with multiple colors and color schemes blending together to produce a pleasant effect. Though individual painters will generally paint both the indoor and outdoor surfaces of buildings, different tools, equipment, and types of paint may be used. Expert painters may also specialize in murals for buildings, mostly used in restaraunts and corporate offices. Painters who are renovating old structures may also be called upon to first sand and repair the existing structure, getting it ready for its new coats of paint. This however, is up to the needs of the client and the abilities of the painter, and subject to the terms of the contract they create.
