Wedding cake makers often operate out of a commercial kitchen and must be especially careful in the transportation of the cake to the wedding ceremony destination. Often, when complete, wedding cakes can be over three feet tall and weigh over fifty pounds, so the transportation is one of the main elements in cake making. Beyond that, a talent in creativity and attention to detail is also very helpful in cake decorating.
